La Laguna

In the north of the island at an altitude of 600m is San Cristobal de La Laguna located, a venerable university town with colonial architecture. Striking features are the straight streets and a spacious pedestrian zone, home to abundant bars, restaurants and small shops. Although the city is located in one of the coldest and wettest climates of Tenerife, for me it is the city with the most beautiful and lively nightlife, spared above all from mass tourism.

In the beautiful old streets, you often have the feeling of being in another time.

One look at the bars and I can rarely resist going in.
