Location and description:

The finca is located in the mountains above the south coast of Tenerife. For many, the most beautiful part of the Canary Island. It is located in a residential area on a hillside plot with unobstructed views of the ocean and the nearby islands of La Gomera, El Hierro and La Palma.

In this neighbourhood, located between the towns of Arona and Escalona, the original charm of Tenerife has been preserved: high-end villas and spacious fincas alternate with old farms.

Especially in the hot summer months, the residential location at 800m altitude is popular because of its pleasant temperature.

The finca plot consists of three terraces with a stunning view over the sea.

The residence offers a large conservatory, bedroom with dressing room, en suite bathroom, large living room with home cinema and two separate study rooms that can also be converted into bedrooms or children’s rooms.

Mobile phone reception and fast internet are a matter of course.

The historic centre of Arona, with shopping facilities, restaurants, doctors and a petrol station is only two kilometres away. The most beautiful beaches of Los Cristianos, Las Americas or Playa Fanabe can be reached within 30 minutes by car. And Teide, the highest mountain on the island, is only half an hour away.
